Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions in relation to charges, payments and recovery of sums due for commercial/Industrial works:

1. The charges for services shall be set out in the invoice and shall be the full and exclusive remuneration of the Supplier in respect of the goods and services provided by us. 

2. Where the customer has ongoing work, or more than one service being attended to, work may be invoiced intermittently/separately to reflect this.

3. The customer shall pay the invoice no later than 30 days after receipt.

4. If there is a dispute between the parties as to the amount invoiced, the customer shall pay the undisputed amount.

5. If a payment of an undisputed amount is not made by the customer by the due date, the customer shall be subject to interest at the interest rate specified by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, currently 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.

6. If a payment remains outstanding after for 61 days an administration cost will be charged. This will be at a rate of £40.

1. The charges for services shall be set out in the invoice and shall be the full and exclusive remuneration of the Supplier in respect of the goods and services provided by us. 

2. Where the customer has ongoing work, or more than one service being attended to, work may be invoiced intermittently to reflect this.

3. The customer shall pay the invoice no later than 7 days after receipt.

4. If there is a dispute between the parties as to the amount invoiced, the customer shall pay the undisputed amount.

5. If a payment of an undisputed amount is not made by the customer by the due date, the customer shall be subject to a late payment fee of £25 to cover administration costs.
